Kenneth R. Hall, J.D.

After 27 years of service as Executive Vice President and chief lobbyist, Kenny retired in Dec. 2025. He now serves as Of Counsel, providing strategic guidance and institutional knowledge to support the organizations’ advocacy efforts and legislative priorities.

With decades of experience representing the State Chamber/AIA before the Arkansas legislature, the governor’s office, and state agencies, Kenny continues to advise on issues affecting Arkansas’ business climate and supports the development of effective legislative strategies.
