The State Chamber/AIA is offering the Frontline Leader Development Series—a program designed to equip newly promoted and aspiring leaders with the foundational skills needed to guide their teams to success. This inaugural training program is open to all industries and provides valuable tools in communication, emotional intelligence, and coaching techniques to foster productivity and morale. Space is limited. Scholarships may be available through our partnership with Black River Technical College.

Program Fee/Tuition: $900.00

We encourage individuals working in information technology, healthcare, and manufacturing to apply for a scholarship!

Dates & Time:

The series consists of  3 separate sessions that will be covered over the 1.5 days. Sessions will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on January 27 and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on January 28. The sessions include: Leadership Fundamentals, Effective Communication and Emotional Intelligence and Difficult Conversations.

The Arkansas State Chamber/Associated Industries of Arkansas (State Chamber/AIA) has opened registration for its 66th Annual Washington Fly-In and Congressional Reception. This exclusive three-day event in Washington, D.C., provides Arkansas business leaders with a unique opportunity to engage directly with the state’s federal delegation and connect with other industry professionals.

The 2026 Washington Fly-In will take place from Tuesday, April 21, through Thursday, April 23. Attendees will experience an agenda featuring high-level discussions with Arkansas’ congressional delegation, briefings with leaders from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, a private tour of the U.S. Capitol, and exclusive networking opportunities.
