Leadership Arkansas Class XIX Graduates 53 Statewide Leaders

May 16, 2025 (LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) – Fifty-three Arkansans representing diverse industries, backgrounds, and regions completed Leadership Arkansas Class XIX and celebrated their graduation on Friday, May 16, during a ceremony at the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum in Little Rock.

“These graduates are better prepared than ever to lead in their communities and industries,” said Randy Zook, President and CEO of the State Chamber/AIA. “They leave this program with lifelong connections and a deeper understanding of what drives Arkansas forward.”

Leadership Arkansas Class XIX was made possible by generous support from sponsors across the state. Central Moloney served as the Underwriting Sponsor. Presenting Sponsors included ARcare, Nucor Steel Arkansas/Nucor-Yamato Steel, Southwest Power Pool, and Walmart. Statewide Program Sponsors were Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas, Entergy Arkansas, Inc., Farm Credit of Arkansas, and Summit Utilities.

Leadership Arkansas is a nine-month leadership development program operated by the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce/Associated Industries of Arkansas (State Chamber/AIA). Through on-site tours, immersive discussions, and cultural experiences, the program connects business and civic leaders while exploring the state’s key issues, assets, and opportunities.

Leadership Arkansas aims to challenge, inform, and inspire emerging and established leaders to strengthen Arkansas’s economy and communities. Since its inception in 2005, the program has graduated more than 1,000 leaders from across the state.
