Justin McCarty

Justin McCarty currently serves as Community Regional Executive at Simmons Bank, overseeing all community banking efforts in Clarksville, Clinton, Conway, Marshall, Mountain View and Russellville. Justin began his career with Simmons Bank in 2018. He’s held various roles at the bank such as Commercial Credit Analyst, Community Banker, and Community President.

He is a former University of Central Arkansas student athlete and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Justin is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. He has participated in the Conway Area Leadership Institute and NextGen Conway Initiative.

Justin is an active member of his community. He serves as a board member for the United Way of Central Arkansas and as board treasurer for Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
