Lindsey Bowman

Lindsey Hawkins Bowman is the Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Public Relations for Craighead Electric Cooperative Corporation and its broadband subsidiary, Empower. In this role, she leads all branding, internal communications, public relations, and strategic outreach efforts that support nearly 35,000 electric members and more than 16,000 rural broadband subscribers across northeast Arkansas. Lindsey serves as a vital connection point between the cooperative, its members, and the communities they serve – crafting messaging that reflects the cooperative’s mission and impact.

Before joining Craighead Electric, Lindsey founded and led The Polish Agency, a full service marketing firm specializing in brand development, social media strategy, and digital campaign execution. She built Polish into a team of seven, serving more than 30 clients and providing outsourced marketing leadership to businesses across Arkansas and beyond. Her earlier experience includes roles in financial marketing, nonprofit development, and agency account management, giving her a broad and practical understanding of regulated industries, business development, and community engagement. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arkansas State University and she is a graduate of 2011 class of Leadership Jonesboro. She was awarded Emerging Young Alumni by the Arkansas State Alumni Association in 2022. Lindsey currently serves on the board of directors for the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce as well as the St. Bernards Advocates, where she’s been a volunteer for the last 15 years.

A Jonesboro native, Lindsey and her husband Derek, a Vice President at Simmons Bank, are raising their three daughters – Beckett (9), and twins Lainey and London (4) – all proud students of Jonesboro Public Schools.
