Sean Hoagland

Sean Hoagland is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in real estate development, and financial management. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Development at PotlatchDeltic Corporation, he oversees major commercial and residential projects in Chenal Valley of Little Rock, Arkansas. His previous role as Director of Compensation and Benefits at the same company saw him develop total rewards strategies and lead significant mergers, resulting in substantial cost savings. Prior to working with PotlatchDeltic, he was the Director of Finance for the Davenport Hotels, developing the accounting and financial reporting for a group of new and restored upscale, historic hotels.  With advanced degrees in business and finance, Sean is skilled in project management, fiduciary oversight, compliance, financial analysis, and strategic planning. He is actively involved in several professional associations and community organizations, reflecting his commitment to both his profession and community.

When he isn’t working, Sean loves spending time with his wife Amy and dog Morgan, hiking and traveling in their RV.
