Leadership Arkansas

Leadership Arkansas, a program of the State Chamber/AIA, cultivates and develops emerging and established leaders who are dedicated to improving the state of Arkansas.

CLASS XIX - 2024/2025

Current Class

Allow us to introduce Leadership Arkansas Class XIX. 
The Leadership Arkansas Selection Committee carefully worked to identify 53 individuals from a diverse set of industries across the state to participate in the 2024-2025 program. The members of Leadership Arkansas XIX have two things in common: all are leaders in their respective communities and industries, and all are committed to making Arkansas a better place to live and work.

Submit your online application for the State Chamber/AIA Leadership Arkansas Selection Committee to review. Applicants must submit their completed application by the deadline to be considered for the program.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Session Calendar

From September 2024 to May 2025, Leadership Arkansas participants will engage in a series of sessions designed to deepen their understanding leadership, economic development, agriculture, education, tourism, government, workforce development, and more.

Throughout our nine-month program, members of Class XIX will visit Fairfield Bay, Fort Smith, Stuttgart, Little Rock, South Arkansas, Blytheville, Jonesboro, Hot Springs, and Northwest Arkansas. Each session is tailored to provide hands-on experiences and insights into the unique challenges and opportunities within these regions, culminating in a graduation ceremony at the end of the program.
