Cromwell Architects Engineers

Alex Jackson has spent her career investing in the future of Arkansas; first through its students and now
through its communities leading business development in Northwest Arkansas for Cromwell Architects
Engineers.
A graduate of Bentonville High School and the University of Arkansas, Alex began her career in
education, focusing on college and career readiness at Springdale Public Schools. There, she helped
achieve 100% post-secondary placement for seniors and partnered with a regional healthcare organization
to launch an internship program connecting 26 students to career opportunities and, ultimately, full-time
employment.
Alex later served as Communications and Special Projects Director for Pea Ridge School District, where
she helped secure and implement more than $1.2 million in Walton Family Foundation grants and led
community initiatives including opening a school-based health center, a free grocery and resource hub,
and city-wide vision campaigns.
Today she brings her experience in education, communications, and community partnerships to the
architecture and engineering industry. Her work has deepened her interest in the connection between
economic development, workforce development, and the built environment.
Alex serves as the Vice President of the Northwest Arkansas chapter of NAWIC and is a founding board
member of the ACE Affiliate of Arkansas Mentorship program. She is proud to raise her children in
Northwest Arkansas and remains committed to strengthening the communities that have shaped her.
