Joshua Neal serves as Senior Vice President and Private Banking Manager for Arvest Bank Central Arkansas, bringing over two decades of financial services and sales leadership experience to his role. A lifelong resident of Little Rock and graduate of Little Rock Central High School, Joshua earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas. Since taking over management of the private banking team, he transformed per-associate production output by over 200% and spearheaded high-value referral partnerships with leading regional medical and professional organizations. Throughout his 20+ year career—spanning mortgage banking, wealth management, and private banking—Joshua has built a strong reputation for developing high-performing teams, expanding market share, and driving organizational strategy.
A committed community leader, Joshua actively invests his time in civic and professional organizations across the state. He currently serves as President-Elect on the Executive Board of the Home Builders Association of Greater Little Rock, where he is slated to serve as President in 2028. Joshua previously served as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Arkansas Chapter, where he also founded the Tomorrow’s Leaders young professionals group. An alumnus of Leadership Greater Little Rock (Class 35), his civic contributions include serving as an ambassador for the American Cancer Society’s Real Men Wear Pink campaign and chairing events for the Arkansas Foodbank.
Guided by his faith, Joshua is an active member of Fellowship Bible Church in West Little Rock and participates in Father’s Fellowship at Little Rock Christian Academy. A recent graduate of Downline Ministries and recipient of the 2026 Faithful Man Award, he actively serves as a volunteer counselor and mentor with Pathway to Freedom Ministries, discipling men in prison ministry and encouraging others toward personal transformation.
Joshua and his wife, Hollyann, have been married for over fifteen years and are the proud parents of their daughter, Nora.
