Liz Mashie

Liz Mashie is an attorney and compliance leader with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic leadership. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Agricultural and Food Law and has spent more than a decade helping organizations navigate complex legal and operational challenges while advancing sustainable business objectives. Professionally, Liz works at the intersection of law, business, and public policy. Personally, she is deeply connected to Arkansas’s agricultural heritage through the operation of Mashie Farm, her family’s regenerative farm in Goshen. Her experiences in both corporate leadership and agriculture have fostered a strong appreciation for the industries, communities, and people that drive Arkansas’s economy and quality of life. 

Liz is passionate about strengthening connections across sectors and regions of the state, focused on how business, agriculture, education, government, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations can work together to create opportunity and improve outcomes for all Arkansans. Liz lives in Fayetteville with her husband and three children, a family committed to contributing to a strong, vibrant future for Arkansas.
