Ray C. Dillon

Ray Dillon served as President and CEO of Deltic Timber Corporation from 2003 until his retirement in October 2016. During his tenure, Ray focused on enhancing efficiency and personal accountability within the company, which led to significant improvements in its operations and financial results. Before joining Deltic Timber, Ray held various executive positions at Gaylord Container Corporation, including Executive Vice President, until its sale to Temple Inland Corporation in 2002. His extensive career in the paper and forest products industry began in 1977 at Crown Zellerbach, a predecessor of Gaylord.
Ray holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
