Tina Gabbard

Tina Gabbard is the Market Vice President for Cox’s Greater Arkansas market. In this role, she is the local senior executive responsible for cross-functional engagement with employees, customers and community and business leaders. Prior to this role, she served as the field marketing and Central Region Product & Marketing Director for Cox Business. She has also served in various leadership roles in both residential marketing and Cox Business sales, after leading successful strategic product marketing initiatives at Tyson Foods, Inc.
Her 25+year career journey with Cox in both sales and marketing leadership, envelops broad matrix management in proven revenue generating/operational initiatives, employee engagement/development, expansive community public relations, operations and a variety of cross functional endeavors at the executive level.
Tina’s impact has been recognized through numerous leadership awards throughout her career, including 3-time Winner’s Circle honoree for the ideation of a residential marketing campaign as well as sales leadership excellence. She was also awarded the Women in Cable Television Ideation and Leadership award in 2021. She has received other local accolades from mayors and community officials across NW Arkansas for community leadership.
Tina actively contributes to the community by serving on 2 boards of the NW Arkansas Council, the Walton Art Center Foundation and the Jones Center.
A native of Northwest Arkansas, Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas, majoring in marketing and management.
