Raymond M. Burns

Raymond Burns is President/CEO of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber in Rogers, Arkansas. He is one of 275 Certified Chamber Executives in the nation. The Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce is a Five-Star Accredited Chamber, the highest certification of quality available in the industry. Only 146 of 7,022 chambers have earned this honor. He has served the Chamber for the past 37 years. He is actively involved with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, serving on the Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100, the Accreditation Board, and he is past chairman of the SMU Institute for Organizational Management, the profession’s leading training program for Chamber professionals.
He is past chairman of the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) Commission and is past chairman of the Arkansas Chamber of Commerce Executives and the Arkansas Economic Developers. He currently serves on the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce Board and Executive Committee. He served an 8-year term as a board member of the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority. He is a member of Rotary International and a member of Central United Methodist church of Rogers. Raymond is married to his wife Katie has two children and three grandchildren.
