Brad Hegeman

Brad Hegeman serves as the Vice Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer at Nabholz Corporation, where he has worked since 1996. In his role, Brad focuses on guiding the company’s strategic initiatives, ensuring its continued growth and success in the construction industry.

Brad holds both a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas. He has also completed the Advanced Management Program with the Associated General Contractors of America, which has equipped him with the advanced skills needed to navigate the complexities of the construction business.

A resident of Conway, Arkansas, Brad values the relationships he builds with clients, many of which have grown into lasting friendships. He is also passionate about working with Nabholz employees, helping them to develop their careers and achieve their professional goals.
