Issue 1 approved by Arkansas voters, expanding usage of lottery scholarship funds

Arkansas voters have approved Issue 1, a constitutional amendment to allow Arkansas Lottery proceeds to be used for scholarships and grants for student enrollment in vocational technical schools and technical institutes according to a call made by the Associated Press on Tuesday night.
