REVENUE STABILIZATION ACT (RSA)

SB80 by Sen. Jonathan Dismang and Rep. Lane Jean is the RSA for this session. The RSA establishes spending priorities for the next fiscal year’s budget. Its filing is an indication that the session is nearing a conclusion.

NON-APPROPRIATION BILLS

SB78 by Sen. Joshua Bryant and Rep. Rick McClure and SB79 by Sen. Missy Irvin and Rep. Jeremiah Moore address issues associated with digital asset mining businesses. A hearing was held on these bills last week, and the bills are on the Senate calendar tomorrow to adopt amendments.
