State Chamber/AIA to Hold 95th Annual Meeting on Nov. 7th
October 10, 2023 (LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) – The Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce/Associated Industries of Arkansas (State Chamber/AIA) will host its 95th Annual Meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023, at 11:30 a.m.
This year’s meeting will focus on the topic of energy as a catalyst for business and economic growth. The event will include remarks from Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders and feature keynote speaker Robert Bryce, an author, podcaster, and film producer who has been writing about energy, power, politics, and innovation for more than three decades.
Bryce is the author of six books including his most recent publication, A Question of Power: Electricity and the Wealth of Nations. He has delivered more than 450 lectures to groups ranging from the Marines Corps War College to the Sydney Institute, as well as to a wide variety of associations, universities and corporations. He is the host of the Power Hungry Podcast and the executive producer of the feature-length documentary: Juice: How Electricity Explains the World, which is available on several streaming platforms.
The 95th Annual Meeting will also feature the finalists and winner of the 2023 Coolest Thing Made in Arkansas Competition, a competition created in partnership with the Arkansas Business Publishing Group.
The State Chamber/AIA will hold the event at the Little Rock Marriott. Tickets are $125 per person. Check-in will begin at 11:00 a.m., and lunch, sponsored by Central Moloney, Inc., Stephens Inc. and U. S. Steel, will be served at 11:30. Click HERE to register.
