Adam Osweiler

Adam is a partner and senior project manager at McClelland Consulting Engineers (MCE), bringing over 13 years of experience in the design, permitting, and construction of diverse site and civil development projects. He leads multidisciplinary teams on medical, commercial, municipal, educational, and residential developments, with a strong emphasis on sustainable, cost-effective infrastructure that consistently exceeds client expectations.

As a lifelong Arkansan, Adam has helped shape communities across the state through thoughtful, environmentally conscious design. His leadership journey includes active participation in professional development programs with the Chambers of Commerce in both Little Rock and Fayetteville, reflecting his commitment to growth both within MCE and in the broader community.

Originally from Pine Bluff, Adam earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Fayetteville and began his career at MCE’s headquarters in Little Rock. He later transitioned to the firm’s Fayetteville office, where he now resides and continues to lead impactful projects across Arkansas.

Outside of work, Adam is an avid golfer and passionate cook who enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Melissa, their dog Sadie, and their two daughters—Natalie (21 months) and Clara Cate (3 months).
