Allison Hatfield

Allison Hatfield serves as Chief of Staff and General Counsel at the Arkansas Department of Commerce. She previously served as a law clerk at the Arkansas Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. She also previously served as Assistant Corporate Counsel for Walmart Stores, Inc.

Allison received a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University and her Juris Doctorate from University of Arkansas Little Rock. Allison is also a proud Little Rock Central High School graduate. Allison lives in Little Rock with her husband, Jeff, two dogs, Velveeta and Manny Ramirez, and has two young adult children. She is a long-term volunteer in the Little Rock School District, member of the Arkansas Board of Law Examiners, and the Little Rock Central High Tiger Foundation Board.
