Alyssa Carter

Alyssa Carter serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Russellville Chamber of Commerce and the Russellville Regional Economic Development Alliance. With 17 years of experience in banking and compliance, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. A proud graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a degree in Communications, Alyssa remains actively involved with her alma mater. She has completed three terms on the Arkansas Tech Alumni Board and has been honored twice as the Outstanding Advisor for Campus Student Organizations.

Alyssa is a life member of the Junior Auxiliary of Russellville, a graduate of Class 34 of the Russellville Regional Leadership Academy, a board member of the Arkansas River Valley Tri-Peaks Tourism Association, and an active member of Russellville First United Methodist Church.

Originally from Mena, Alyssa met her husband, Jeff, a Russellville native, during their college years and now calls Russellville home. They have two sons, JC (18) and Ford (14).
