Andrew Norman grew up in Bryant, Arkansas attending Bryant Public Schools where he graduated in 2003. After high school Andrew attended college at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management in 2007. Andrew began his career in the construction industry with Nabholz Construction in 2006 where he worked part time as a skilled laborer while attending college. Upon receiving his bachelor’s degree, Andrew accepted a full-time position with Nabholz as a Project Engineer. This was the start of Andrew’s project management career, and the start of a career specializing in Healthcare Construction.

Throughout his career, Andrew has completed many successful projects for clients like Arkansas Children’s Hospital and UAMS to name a few. Andrew currently holds the title of Project executive where he is responsible for the daily oversight of operations associated with the entire life cycle of the construction process on his projects. In addition, Andrew holds a certificate through the American Hospital Association as a Certified Healthcare Constructor. When not working, Andrew enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his wife Keely, and two sons Kase (5 years old) and Jed (3 years old). Andrew also serves on the Board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkansas and North Louisianna and American Red Cross Greater Arkansas Chapter.
