Beverly Roberson

Garver

Serving as the Principal Accounting Officer and Controller for Garver, an Arkansas-headquartered engineering firm, Beverly Roberson’s expertise in financial acumen has served the company for over two decades. Her leadership and dedication have catapulted her through the ranks of the firm, and ultimately, led to her being named a partner within the firm.

Over the course of her career, Beverly has demonstrated admirable devotion to empowering the next generation through both professional initiatives and community service. She’s championed multiple programs within Garver – and beyond – that uplift young professionals, including the firm’s internship program and its networking program. Through the Garver Partners program, she provides financial guidance to serve DBE engineering firm partners. Additionally, she is a proud member of both the Arkansas chapter of Women’s Transportation Seminar and the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance.

Beyond her professional achievements, Beverly is passionate about giving back to her community and shaping the future of Arkansas. She plays a key role in GarverGives, the firm’s corporate giving program focused on STEM education, and volunteers with Girls of Promise, AR Kids Read, and Recycled Bikes for Kids — all organizations that reflect her dedication to education, equity, and opportunity.

Beverly is especially proud of her hometown of Benton, Arkansas, where her values of hard work, service, and community were first instilled. She is married to Adam Roberson, a civil engineer who also works at Garver, and together they are raising four wonderful children: Noah (19), Reid (11), and twins Sadie and Sawyer (8).

Outside of work, Beverly finds joy in all things outdoors — whether it’s cycling, hiking, or spending time on Arkansas’s beautiful lakes. But her greatest joy comes from time spent with her family, making memories, and staying grounded in the values that matter most.
