Blake Martin, PE, CFM

A lifelong Arkansan and University of Arkansas alum, Blake Martin, PE, CFM, serves as field services central director and a vice president for local engineering firm Garver. His resume touts over two decades of experience providing construction management and engineering services for some of Arkansas’s largest infrastructure projects to date, including the Arkansas Department of Transportation’s Connecting Arkansas Program (CAP) and 30 Crossing project. His expertise spans roadways, bridges, water and sewer relocations, airports, and more. His previous experience includes serving as the City of Sherwood’s assistant city engineer and public works director.  

Blake was recently inducted in the Arkansas Academy of Civil Engineers and regularly provides mentorship for University of Arkansas students pursuing a career in engineering. He has also been named to Garver’s ownership group, an honor reserved for those who demonstrate a unique commitment to the firm’s mission.
