Bridget Jones

Bridget Jones is a Community Relations & Workforce Development Manager for ABB’s NEMA Motors Division who is passionate about connecting people to opportunity and aligning her passion with purpose. With a background in mechanical engineering and an MBA, she began her career designing motors that power the world before transitioning into building strategic partnerships that strengthen talent pipelines, expand access to careers, and drive meaningful community impact. 

At ABB, Bridget leads employee engagement, philanthropy, and early talent initiatives—helping position ABB as an employer of choice in the communities it serves. She has led the company’s top philanthropic site, launched structured giving programs, and expanded apprenticeship and internship pathways that create real-world, skills-based learning opportunities for students and early-career talent. Bridget is deeply committed to giving back and is especially passionate about creating opportunities for underserved and underprivileged youth—ensuring the next generation sees pathways to careers they may not have otherwise imagined.
