Brittany Lindsey

Brittany Lindsey serves as Senior Manager of Production Planning & Control for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control’s Camden Operations. In this role, she leads an organization of approximately 200 employees responsible for production and material planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and business systems across Camden Operations. Her organization manages more than $1.5 billion in inventory while ensuring U.S. and allied warfighters receive the products they need when and where they need them. Brittany was named to her current position in March 2025. 

After graduating from the University of Arkansas, Brittany spent several years in Atlanta, Georgia, working for Morgan Stanley before choosing to return to her hometown of Camden. Since joining Lockheed Martin in 2012, she has advanced through multiple roles within Production Planning & Control while leading major operational improvements, enterprise system implementations, and digital transformation initiatives. She is currently leading Camden’s long-term logistics modernization strategy to support continued growth and enable future production capacity. 

Brittany holds a Master of Business Administration from Henderson State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arkansas. She is also a graduate of the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts. 

Outside of Lockheed Martin, Brittany has served on multiple church leadership teams and committees and is active in the children’s ministry at First Baptist Church of Camden. She is a graduate of the Camden Leadership Program (Class of 2014) and serves on the Camden Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Brittany is passionate about developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and creating environments where people and organizations can thrive.
