Brooke Brewer
Northwest Arkansas Community College

Brooke Brewer is the Executive Director of Athletics and Institutional Branding at NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC), where she leads the college’s growing NJCAA athletic program and oversees institutional branding initiatives. A pioneering leader in collegiate athletics, Brooke was entrusted with launching NWACC’s first-ever athletic program, developing a five-year strategic plan that provides opportunities for student-athletes to grow academically, athletically, and personally. Under her leadership, NWACC has expanded athletics into a multi-faceted program that serves competitive teams, intramurals, fitness initiatives, and club sports, creating access for students across all backgrounds.
With a non-traditional path to athletic administration as a former spirit coach and program director, Brooke brings a unique, student-centered perspective to college athletics. She is passionate about creating accessible, high-quality athletic experiences that allow Arkansas students to develop their talent close to home, pursue higher education, and ultimately give back to their communities.
Brooke’s influence extends beyond NWACC. She serves as the NJCAA Region 2 Women’s Sport Assistant Director and is a member of the NJCAA National Cross Country Committee, helping shape opportunities for student-athletes at the regional and national levels. She has also contributed to statewide education and leadership initiatives, including the Bentonville Schools Leadership Network and the Arkansas Department of Education Frameworks Revision Committee.
A lifelong advocate for students and community impact, Brooke is driven to reimagine what college athletics can be—a space that develops leaders, strengthens communities, and opens doors for the next generation of Arkansas students.
