Caroline Woods serves as the General Manager of Red Wolves Sports Properties, the Learfield property representing Arkansas State University. In her role, she leads all aspects of the university’s multimedia rights relationship, oversees a cross-functional team, and manages strategic partnerships to drive revenue and elevate the Arkansas State Athletics brand.
With more than seven years of progressive experience in sports business and sponsorship development, Caroline has a proven track record of driving growth, leading high-performing teams, and fostering community and corporate relationships. Since stepping into the GM role in 2024, she has increased property revenue by 16% and strengthened local engagement through innovative activation and collaboration.
Caroline began her career at Learfield in 2018 while pursuing her master’s in sports management, quickly advancing through partnership services and business development roles at Missouri State and TCU. She is known for her strategic mindset, ability to build lasting relationships, and strong leadership presence within the organization and the broader sports industry.
A native of Wynne, Arkansas, and daughter of Arkansas State alumni, Caroline is passionate about giving back to her community and creating meaningful connections between athletics and local businesses. She holds both a Master of Professional Studies in Sports Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Child & Family Development from Missouri State University, where she was also a student-athlete and member of the Missouri Valley Conference champion women’s golf team.
Caroline is excited to bring her leadership experience, collaborative approach, and deep roots in Northeast Arkansas to the leadership program and its network of changemakers.
