Clark Lewis serves in Lockheed Martin’s Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) business area as the Production Operations Manager for Ordnance Programs at the Camden, Arkansas, facility. In this role, Clark is responsible for production operations efforts supporting all customers’ contractual delivery requirements for Camden’s Department of Defense ordnance programs, as well as coordinating program goals and schedules across multiple functions. His team is comprised of two production managers, four product leads, 10 production supervisors, and 200 assemblers.

Clark has over 37 years of professional experience, including over 11 with Lockheed Martin, most recently serving as the Associate Manager for Camden’s Ground Vehicle Assembly Building. He holds a bachelor’s degree and associate degree in applied science, industrial technology from Southern Arkansas University Tech.

Clark is a member of Leadership Camden, Class of 2025. In addition to his day-to-day, which includes owning/operating three local businesses, Clark is heavily involved in Lockheed Martin workforce development and mentoring. He has served as a Deacon at Shady Grove Baptist Church since 2023.
