Colonel (Ret.) Erica L. Ingram

Colonel (Ret.) Erica L. Ingram is a trailblazing military leader and dedicated public servant with over 26 years of distinguished service to her state and country. A native of Wilmar, Arkansas, she graduated from Wilmar High School in 1990 and went on to earn her degree in Business Management with a minor in Administration from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in 1995. She completed the Army ROTC program and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
Over her two decades of military service, Colonel Ingram served in numerous leadership capacities. She held several key leadership roles including Battalion Commander, Deputy Chief of Staff Personnel, Deputy State Surgeon – Administrative Officer, and Camp Robinson Maneuver Training Center Installation Commander.
Colonel Ingram’s service has been recognized with numerous awards, including two Legion of Merit, the Meritorious Service Medal with eight Oak Leaf Clusters, and the Joint Service Commendation Medal, among many others.
Colonel Ingram retired from military service in February 2022. She previously served as the Chief of Staff and Assistant Director of the Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs and now continues her commitment to service as the Integrated Primary Prevention Program Director for the Arkansas National Guard. She resides in Little Rock and is the proud mother of two daughters, DeeDee and Desarie, and her most favorite title is being ”Mimi” to her three beloved grandchildren.
