Summit Utilities

Dallas Johnson serves as Director of Customer Experience Operations at Summit Utilities, supporting customer-facing operations across the company’s Arkansas natural gas service territory, along with operations in four additional states.

With over a decade of experience in customer-facing and operational roles. Johnson began his career with Summit Utilities in 2015 as a customer service representative. He later held roles in Billing and IT before moving into Customer Experience leadership. Following Summit’s 2022 acquisition, he led the formation of the Customer Experience Operations unit, which supports the primary functions of Customer Service, Billing, and Credit & Collections. His team leads strategic initiatives in process optimization, technology support, and data-driven reporting, complemented by system testing efforts—all designed to elevate both the customer and employee experience.

Johnson holds an bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies from Arkansas Tech University. He is also a graduate of the Thayer Leadership Development Program at West Point.

Outside of work, Johnson coaches his daughter’s  travel basketball team, which competes in tournaments across the country. He and his wife, Jaslin, are the proud parents of two children. Guided by the principles of servant leadership, Johnson is committed to strengthening Arkansas communities by fostering collaboration, growth, and meaningful connections.
