Diane Verser

Diane serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for Arcare, a multi-state Federally Qualified Health Center headquartered in Augusta, Arkansas. Joining the organization in 2020, she oversees the operational strategy and healthcare delivery systems across Arkansas, supporting access to high-quality, comprehensive care in medically underserved and rural communities. 

Diane holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management and is a graduate of Leadership Jonesboro Class of 2022. She is committed to combining advanced operational strategy with a mission-driven approach to community health. She currently resides in Jonesboro with her two teenage children.
