Drake Moudy
Summit Utilities
Drake Moudy serves as Government Affairs Manager for Summit Utilities, where he oversees legislative and governmental affairs efforts across Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Texas. In this role, he works with elected officials, regulators, industry stakeholders,
and community leaders to advance policies that support safe, reliable, and affordable natural gas service.
A native of South Arkansas, Drake is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law.
Prior to joining Summit Utilities, Drake worked for Arkansas-based political consulting firms and served as Deputy Communications Director for Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge. During his tenure at the Attorney General’s Office, he served on the legislative affairs team, led strategic communications initiatives across the state, and managed special projects, including the Attorney General’s Election Integrity Division.
Drake has played an active role in local, state, and federal campaigns throughout Arkansas. He and his wife, Natalie, are raising their son in Little Rock and are avid Razorback fans.
