Emily Lamm
Be Pro Be Proud
Emily Lamm serves as Chief Operating Officer for Be Pro Be Proud, where she oversees programs and operations, data collection and evaluation, and marketing and communications across the organization’s growing multi-state network. Since joining the organization in 2019, Emily has helped lead Be Pro Be Proud’s expansion from a single state to ten active states. Under her leadership, Be Pro Be Proud’s Draft Day was created and has also grown into a statewide series now replicated independently by communities and schools across Arkansas and other Network states, directly connecting graduating seniors with employers for real jobs, internships, and apprenticeships.
Emily’s career reflects a deep commitment to Arkansas and its communities. She began her career in the Office of Governor Mike Beebe before serving as Chief of Staff for Goodwill Industries of Arkansas and later as Executive Director of the Arkansas State Police Foundation, where she brought organizational clarity, strategic accountability, and operational excellence to each team she led. Earning a degree at Arkansas State University she was an active participant in the panhellenic and student organizations.
Emily currently resides in Jonesboro, Arkansas, with her two children, James and Elizabeth.
