Garrett Morgan

Garrett is a transformative leader in the healthcare industry, bringing 15 years of leadership experience to his role. He earned his master’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas, where he was also a member of the football team. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Operations for Central Arkansas with ARcare. In this capacity, Garrett oversees an organization dedicated to providing primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy services, and an expanding range of specialty care to all Arkansans.

Originally from Texarkana, Garrett has been a resident of Conway for the past 22 years. He is actively involved in the community as a board member of the Conway Chamber of Commerce. Garrett is married to Jessica Morgan and they have two daughters, Ainslee and Aspen.

An avid outdoorsman, Garrett is the President of the Arkansas Bass Nation Kayak Series. He serves as a co-host for the Fishing Arkansas Radio Show on 103.7 The Buzz when needed. His passion for the outdoors extends to teaching others about fishing and outdoor activities, further enriching his connection to the community.
