Grier Bennett
University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences
Grier Bennett is the Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). With more than a decade of experience in philanthropy, healthcare advancement, and nonprofit leadership, she has secured millions of dollars to support healthcare, education, research, and community initiatives. In her current role, she leads corporate and foundation fundraising efforts, cultivates strategic partnerships, and serves as a key liaison between philanthropic partners and UAMS leadership, researchers, and clinicians.
Before her current position, Grier held several advancement roles at UAMS, where she helped launch and expand donor engagement programs, managed major gift portfolios, and secured transformational philanthropic investments. Prior to joining UAMS, she led statewide community-based programs for girls at Girl Scouts Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas before transitioning into fundraising and grant development.
Grier earned a Bachelor of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from High Point University and a Master of Public Administration from Arkansas State University. Born and raised in Hot Springs Village, she is a proud Arkansan who is committed to improving the lives of her neighbors across the state. She is dedicated to expanding healthcare access and building partnerships that connect people, organizations, and philanthropic resources to solutions that improve the health and well-being of Arkansans.
Outside of work, Grier enjoys spending time with family and friends and rarely passes up an opportunity for friendly competition. She can often be found on the golf course, on the pickleball court, or cheering on the Razorbacks.
