Jennifer M. Quezada is an accomplished attorney and dynamic leader with a diverse background in ethics, compliance, and litigation. Currently serving as a Director in the US Ethics organization at Walmart.

Jennifer’s legal career began at the Miami-Dade Public Defenders Office, where she progressed through their nationally renowned training program to manage a large felony caseload and specialized in representing clients with special needs. Her tenure there honed her litigation skills and reinforced her dedication to public service, which began in law school where she spent summers working for Legal Aid organizations as a Florida Bar Fellow. She later transitioned to private practice at the Law Offices of Mitchell A. Horwich, PA, where she gained expertise in estate and tax planning, particularly in preparing Special Needs Trusts. Before joining Walmart, Jennifer demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit by founding and successfully managing her own law practice in Miami, FL.

Jennifer moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2013 with her husband, Dan, and three sons. Active in her community, Jennifer is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas and holds leadership roles in the Young Men’s Service League. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts in Government from Smith College.
