Jeremy is a native of Hot Springs and graduated from Mountain Pine High School. He went on to further his education and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and a Master of Science in Leadership, both from John Brown University. Further, Jeremy holds the designation of CLP (Certified Leadership Professional) from the International Association of Insurance Professionals.

Jeremy has a twenty-seven-year career in the insurance industry and works for Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield as Manager, Regional Retail Sales and Operations and offices in the Hot Springs location. He’s proud of the community he calls home and enjoys serving, giving back, and promoting it as often as possible. Jeremy is serving in his second term and has been elected to a third term as Garland County Justice of the Peace, District 12 on the Garland County Quorum Court where he’s Vice Chair of the Human Resources Commit. He became a Greater Hot Springs Chamber Ambassador in 2019 and was Ambassador Co-Captain in 2021. In addition, Jeremy serves on the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as well as the Leadership Hot Springs Board of Directors. He is the 2023-2025 Chairman of the Leadership Hot Springs Board of Directors and was the class President of his Leadership Hot Springs Class XXXI. Additionally, Jeremy is a member of the Hot Springs National Park Rotary Club.
Jeremy has been recognized by his community and peers by being awarded the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Quarter – 4th Qtr 2019, Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Year nominee – 2020, Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce Man of the Year nominee – 2023, and being named a 2023 Top 100 Professionals in Arkansas by Arkansas Money and Politics.

Jeremy is privileged to call Dr. Sara Jines-Brown his wife and is the proud father of Abigail and Zachary Brown. When not working, Jeremy enjoys traveling and kayaking with his family and hiking the beautiful trails and mountains of our amazing community.
