Joe Carter

Joe Carter is the CEO of EverBranch Capital Group. He provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership and plays a key role in shaping and executing the company’s vision, strategic plan, and significant investments.

Joe is an authentic, stakeholder-centric business operator with more than twenty years of experience facilitating team growth and cultures of excellence as a CEO.  He’s led Inc. 5000 firms for multiple years, had three successful exits, transitioned to PE-backed C-Suite Leadership, and built a successful M&A engine including diligence, financial, and integration teams with more than $250M in transaction value.

EverBranch is the culmination of Joe’s experience helping high-growth teams facilitate authentic, transparent, stakeholder-focused company cultures combined with sound business fundamentals and repeatable processes often found in Private Equity environments.

Joe obtained his bachelor’s degree at UALR, completed his MBA at the University of Oxford in the UK, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, completing the 44th Cohort of the three-year OPM program.  Joe is a veteran, having served with the 188^th FW in Fort Smith, a former Scoutmaster, a triathlete who’s completed two full Ironman events, has traveled to all 48 contiguous states with his family, and is an avid outdoor enthusiast.
