Joe Gould

Joe Gould serves as Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Citizens Bank, where he brings a wealth of experience and a track record of excellence in managing IT services for community banks. Gould joined the Citizens Bank team in 2021 and recently expanded his responsibilities to lead the bank’s Facilities and Rocket Mortgage programs in addition to IT and Information Security functions. His expertise plays a significant role in the bank’s commitment to technological innovation and security. Prior to joining Citizens Bank, Gould served as Director of IT at a community bank software company supporting community bank networks ranging from $55 million to over $3 billion in assets. Over his 20-year career, Gould has gained a reputation to lead with passion for his industry’s work and a dedication to the development of his teams.

He is a graduate of Southern Arkansas University and has held the certification of Certified Ethical Hacker. A central Arkansas native, Gould lives in Little Rock, where he enjoys fishing, cooking and family life with his wife, Amee, and their two sons, Marshall and Oliver.
