Jordan Gershon

Tyson Foods

Jordan Gershon (she/her) has built her career around a single conviction: that communities thrive when everyone has the opportunity to succeed and the people most impacted are at the center of the solutions. Today, she leads Tyson Foods’ financial philanthropy and employee engagement programs where she turns that belief into strategy, and strategy into impact.

She brings a decade of experience spanning corporate social responsibility, nonprofit leadership, and direct community engagement by designing programs, building community partnerships, and driving corporate giving strategies that create meaningful and sustainable changes. Her deepest expertise includes corporate philanthropy, food access, community development, and cross-sector collaboration.

Known for her ability to build trust across diverse groups, Jordan brings together corporate leaders, nonprofit organizations and community members to create solutions rooted in partnership and shared purpose. She believes the most effective philanthropy begins with listening, valuing authentic relationships, and centering the voices of those closest to the challenges. Her work is grounded in the belief that lasting change is built with communities, not for them.

A proud Arkansas native, Jordan grew up in Fayetteville where she developed a passion for service through volunteering with numerous local organizations that promoted diversity, animal welfare, public education and food access for neighbors. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2019 after completing three nonprofit internships and serving as an intern for the Corporate Social Responsibility team at Tyson Foods, which led to the career she continues to build today.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys Latin dancing, traveling, spending time with her niece, and advocating for causes that advance equity and strengthen communities for all of its members.
