Karen Kitchens-Witt is a seasoned commercial banker with 30 years of experience, currently a Vice President in the Mid-Corporate and Specialized Industries group at JPMorgan Chase. In her role, she focuses on building the JPMC brand in Arkansas, particularly targeting commercial businesses with revenues of $20MM to $2Bn. Karen excels in crafting tailored solutions for middle market companies by taking time to gain a deep understanding of their unique industries and challenges. Since returning to Arkansas in 2015, she has also been an active community leader in Hot Springs, currently serving as Vice Chair for the boards of both the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce and Ouachita Behavioral Health and Wellness, and recently joined the UALR Foundation Fund Board. She is active in various trade associations such as the Arkansas Trucking Association and the Arkansas Aerospace and Defense Alliance. Previous board memberships included: Hot Springs Metro Partnership, Hot Springs Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and Oaklawn Rotary, where she was honored as the 2022 Rotarian of the Year and is still an active member. Beyond banking and community service, Karen owns a thoroughbred horse boarding facility with her husband Ernie Witt, II. She holds an MBA from the University of Dayton and a BA in Psychology from Mercer University.
