Kelli Lamberson

Office of U.S. Congressman Bruce Westerman

Kelli Lamberson serves as a Field Representative for U.S. Congressman Bruce Westerman, representing Arkansas’s Fourth Congressional District. Over the past three years, she has worked alongside local elected officials, business leaders, nonprofit organizations, and constituents to better understand the opportunities and challenges facing communities across the Fourth District. Before joining Congressman Westerman’s office, Kelli worked for a state senator and previously taught English Language Arts and Literature in the Russellville School District. Those experiences reinforced the importance of building relationships, understanding people’s needs, and helping others navigate challenges through communication and collaborations.

Kelli earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from Harding University and Arkansas Tech University. Her commitment to service extends beyond her professional roles. She has served as President of a Parent/Teacher Organization and has spent many years volunteering with schools, churches, and community organizations, often in behind-the-scenes roles that help bring people together and move good work forward. She is also a graduate of Leadership Russellville Class XXXVI through the Russellville Area Chamber of Commerce, an experience that deepened her appreciation for community leadership and collaboration.

Kelli believes some of the best leadership comes from being willing to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and learn from people with different experiences and perspectives. She is interested in Leadership Arkansas because she wants to gain a broader understanding of how the state’s business, education, healthcare, nonprofit, agricultural, and public sectors work together to address Arkansas’s most pressing challenges. She values opportunities to learn from others and hopes to build lasting relationships with leaders from across the state as they work toward a stronger future for all Arkansans.
