Lindsey Vechik is an experienced in-house attorney with a robust background in employment litigation. Currently, she serves as Corporate Counsel at Tyson Foods Inc., providing comprehensive legal support and handling a diverse range of employment-related disputes, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. She is adept at developing and implementing effective legal strategies to minimize risk and ensure federal and state labor law compliance. Her role involves collaborating with HR and management teams to navigate complex legal challenges, negotiate favorable settlements, and represent the company in court proceedings, if necessary.

During her tenure as a partner at Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates, and Woodyard, P.L.L.C. in Rogers, AR, Lindsey concentrated on civil and commercial litigation and provided significant leadership and mentorship to associates and staff. Her focus was on civil and commercial litigation, including professional negligence, product liability, and contract disputes. She managed a high volume of high-exposure cases and successfully argued before the Arkansas Court of Appeals. Before that, she served as Senior Associate Counsel at Allstate in Northbrook, IL, managing litigation strategy for large and complex casualty matters across multiple states and providing cross-functional legal advice.

Lindsey holds a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from the University of Arkansas, with a minor in Political Science. She is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Illinois, California (inactive), and Florida. She is an active member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Benton County Bar Association, and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. Her community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Arkansas Women’s Shelter and participating in Leadership Benton County Class of 2023 and the Arkansas Bar Association Public Service Academy Class of 2024.
