Louis Alderman
Goodwill Industries of Arkansas

Louis Alderman joined Goodwill Industries of Arkansas in May 2024, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in logistics, operations, and team leadership. As Vice President of Operations, Louis leads the organization’s outlet and production teams at both the Little Rock and Rogers Goodwill Resource Center locations. He also oversees transportation, procurement, and sustainability efforts statewide, driving efficiency while advancing Goodwill’s mission of changing lives through education, training, and employment.
Prior to joining Goodwill, he spent 16 years with Staley Technologies, where he rose through the ranks to serve as Vice President of National Operations. In this role, he led five physical offices across the country, managed a team of more than 150 employees, and oversaw a fleet of 120 vehicles. Throughout his tenure at Staley, he held a variety of leadership positions in project management, operations, and regional oversight, successfully scaling business operations and improving service delivery nationwide.
Before his time at Staley, Louis spent a decade at Loomis Fargo in operations and management roles, honing his skills in logistics, customer service, and workforce supervision.
Louis is known for his strategic thinking, team-building expertise, and commitment to operational excellence. He holds certifications in Project Management from Villanova University and studied Business Management at St. John Fisher College. His leadership is guided by a passion for innovation and a deep commitment to organizational success and employee development.
Louis was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and spent his formative years in upstate New York. He attended St. John Fisher College in Rochester, where he was a member of the soccer team. Louis began his professional career with Loomis Armored in Raleigh, North Carolina, before returning to his home state in 2008. He and his wife, Cassie, live in Benton with their son, Zane. As a family, they enjoy cheering on Zane at his sporting events, supporting Benton High School football, and spending time outdoors duck hunting.
