Pinnacle Structures
Maggie Waymack-Cope is an Account Executive with Pinnacle Structures, an Arkansas-based manufacturer of pre-engineered metal buildings, where she works closely with contractors, architects, and developers throughout the United States. Prior to joining Pinnacle, she dedicated 15 years to Cabot Public Schools as a teacher, coach, and mentor, helping shape the lives of countless students while developing a passion for leadership through service.
A lifelong Arkansan, Maggie has spent much of her adult life serving her community. She currently serves on the Cabot City Council, where she was first elected in 2020, and is also a member of the Cabot Advertising and Promotion Commission. Her previous leadership roles include serving as Chair of the Cabot Parks and Recreation Commission, President of Junior Auxiliary of Cabot, and a board member of Lonoke County Safe Haven. She continues to volunteer with the Cabot High School Girls Wrestling Program, is active in CrossRoads Cowboy Church, and believes that leadership is most meaningful when it focuses on serving others and improving the lives of those around us.
Maggie earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical and Health Education and a Master of Education in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Arkansas Tech University. She is passionate about strengthening Arkansas communities through collaboration, economic development, education, and civic engagement. Looking ahead, she hopes to continue expanding her service at the county and state levels while advocating for opportunities that improve the quality of life for all Arkansans.
