Malcolm K. Briggs

Wells Fargo Advisors

Malcolm has been a financial advisor for more than a decade and he considers it a great honor and privilege to serve as a trusted financial partner for my clients. As a financial advisor, he understands the importance of actively listening to his clients as they articulate their dreams, goals, and aspirations. By providing them with sound advice and aligning their investments with their goals and values, he strives to be an effective and reliable guide in their financial journey.

Malcolm’s journey began on the sidelines of NFL football fields, MLB dugouts, and NHL hockey locker rooms. He started as a sports broadcaster for CBS and NBC. What he witnessed never sat right with me — seeing athletes make so much money, and many not receive or seek guidance to build and protect their wealth.

His family life was significantly impacted by the demanding nature of life on the road with the St. Louis Rams and nightly sports broadcasts. While in St. Louis, he had the opportunity to establish multiple businesses, some of which turned out well, while others served as valuable learning experiences. Through these ventures, he gained firsthand knowledge on the consequences of pursuing short-term gains at the expense of accepting unacceptable risks. He also came to understand the vital importance of maintaining a client-focused approach and ensuring the mission is protected.

He started my journey as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones in 2014, and recently transitioned over to Wells Fargo Advisors. The values of Wells Fargo align with my values, and backed by industry leading resources, he can continue to make a difference in the lives of my clients.

Malcolm is no longer standing on the sidelines watching players take risks and just reporting on it. He wants to help. He has experience in the sports and entertainment industry and can relate with athletes, business owners, and generational wealth. It all starts with a conversation. He strives to become a trusted advisor, and build a relationship with each client, and he wants to be on your team.
