Nicholas Colclough serves as the Director of Milling Operations at Riceland Foods, Stuttgart, Arkansas. With over two decades of experience spanning General Electric, Tyson, and Dewafelbakkers, Nicholas has consistently delivered transformative organizational change and driven sustainable business growth. He holds a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is completing an MBA with a concentration in Analytics at Arkansas State University, expected in May 2025. He is also a certified Lean Professional.

In his current role, Nicholas is responsible for strategic financial planning, operational oversight, and leadership development across the milling division. He ensures seamless interdepartmental coordination, spearheads critical operational improvements, drives policy formulation, and aligns production strategies with corporate objectives.

A defining element of Nicholas’s leadership is his unwavering commitment to talent development. His most impactful achievements stem from mentoring and advancing high-potential individuals, many of whom might have otherwise been overlooked. Across all his roles, Nicholas has actively sought to elevate these individuals, creating a legacy of growth, opportunity and excellence within the organizations he has led.

Nicholas Colclough has demonstrated a deep commitment to his community, including involvement within Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., where he contributed to key social action and mentorship initiatives. As a medically retired military veteran with 15 years of service, including three combat tours and significant stateside missions, he remains a staunch advocate for veteran employment and workforce integration.

Looking forward, Nicholas is committed to expanding his influence in veteran support programs, workforce development, mentorship, economic development, educational initiatives, and community health and wellness. His focus on enhancing Arkansas’s economic resilience, educational standards, and healthcare accessibility reflects his vision for driving sustained, impactful change across the state.
