Nikki Courtney
Nabholz
Nikki Courtney is a Business Development Officer with Nabholz, where she works closely with clients and communities across Arkansas to build relationships and connect organizations with construction, industrial, environmental, excavation, specialty, and railroad services. With a career spanning higher education, healthcare, communications, and business development, she brings a unique combination of strategic leadership, community engagement, and organizational development experience to her role.
A Little Rock native, Nikki is a proud alumna of Mount St. Mary Academy. She earned both her Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and her undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. During her undergraduate studies, she was recognized as both a Julie V. Bova Scholar and a Gibson Duncan Trust Scholar.
Prior to joining Nabholz, Nikki spent a decade serving the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in a variety of leadership and communications roles, including Assistant Department Chair, Program Coordinator, and Communications Specialist. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about building connections, advancing organizational goals, and creating meaningful opportunities for collaboration and growth.
An active community volunteer and civic leader, Nikki has supported numerous organizations and initiatives throughout Central Arkansas. She is a Little Rock’s Finest Honoree this year, supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and a member of Rotary 99, ABC Arkansas, and AGC Arkansas. She has volunteered with the Arkansas Quapaw Quarter Association, served on the planning committee for the Arthritis Foundation, is a member of CareLink Coalition, and has contributed her time through her church and animal welfare causes. Her leadership experience also includes serving on the board of directors for both the National Association of Women in Construction and the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, serving as President of the Golden Key International Honour Society, and participating in the Emerging Leaders Young Professionals Group. Nikki was recently named one of Arkansas Business’ 40 Under 40 and was a member of Leadership Greater Little Rock’s Class XL.
Nikki remains committed to strengthening Arkansas communities through service, leadership, and relationship-building, and is passionate about helping organizations and individuals work together to create lasting impact across the state.
