Robin Mizell

Robin Mizell, APR, joined Black Hills Energy in 2021 and serves as senior public affairs manager for the company’s Arkansas natural gas service territory.

With more than 25 years of public relations, project management and development experience, Mizell previously worked at the Arkansas attorney general’s office, University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Arkansas Department of Higher Education, Arkansas Foodbank Network and Stone Ward.

Accredited by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), she holds an associate degree in liberal arts from Arkansas State University-Beebe, a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Harding University and a graduate certificate in nonprofit management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Mizell currently serves on the United Way of Northwest Arkansas board and has held leadership roles supporting the Northwest Arkansas PRSA chapter for six years. She previously served on boards for the Arkansas Zoological Foundation and Arkansas PRSA chapter, along with numerous other volunteer capacities.
