Suzie Barham

Suzie Barham leads strategic marketing, communications, and community engagement for Pafford Medical Services, an EMS provider with nearly 100 locations across Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Mississippi. As a third-generation member of her family’s business and a Nationally Registered EMT, Suzie is proud to help carry forward a legacy of service that has shaped emergency healthcare in rural communities for nearly six decades. She also plays a key role in the company’s Special Operations Division, coordinating large-scale disaster deployments across the country.
A graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and former NCAA student-athlete, Suzie brings experience that bridges rural healthcare, public service, and organizational leadership. She serves on the Board of Directors at Garrett Memorial Christian School, the Kids’ College Fundraising Committee at UAHT, and is active within the American Ambulance Association as well as the Miss Arkansas Organization.
Suzie lives and works in her hometown of Hope, Arkansas, alongside her husband, Drake, and their son, Bennett—as part of a family continuing a legacy of service to their community.
